Return Window
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase/delivery to return eligible items.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are not eligible for return: Customized Good, Unsealed Mattresses and perishables
How to Initiate a Return

- Follow Instructions: We will provide you with a return shipping label and specific instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
- We also offer exchange for a different product / store credit as an alternative.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
