Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase/delivery to return eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return: Customized Good, Unsealed Mattresses and perishables

Refunds and Exchanges

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
  • We also offer exchange for a different product / store credit as an alternative.

Shipping Costs
