No. While many of our sofas are ex-display or clearance models, they are not pre-owned. Ex-display sofas may have been displayed in a showroom and, occasionally, have minor cosmetic marks. If that’s the case, we’ll always show photographs and clearly describe any imperfections, so you know exactly what you’re buying before placing your order.

While not second-hand, purchasing clearance or ex-display models is still a sustainable option, helping prevent unnecessary waste.
